Job description

We’re looking for an OT Cybersecurity / Hardening Engineer to ensure that CPPC Tiers maintains a strong, auditable, and IEC 62443-aligned cybersecurity posture. In this role, you’ll focus on securing real industrial control environments - balancing security, availability, and recoverability in systems where downtime and unsafe behavior are not acceptable.
This role is for someone who understands that OT security is about architecture, discipline, and resilience, not just tools. You’ll work closely with software, control, and integration teams to embed security into the platform while keeping systems operable, supportable, and certifiable.
This role is fully remote.
What You Will Do
Review system and control architecture changes with a focus on secure communication flows and trust boundaries
Support system hardening activities across controllers, networks, operating systems, and services
Define and validate secure startup, recovery, and fallback mechanisms for OT environments
Assist with cybersecurity audits, risk assessments, and IEC 62443 compliance activities
Identify and mitigate OT-specific threat vectors without compromising real-time or operational requirements
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security controls into development and deployment workflows
Contribute to security documentation, policies, and evidence required for certification and customer acceptance
Why Join Us
You will join a fast-growing technology company operating in a complex and challenging industrial and energy environment, where software and engineering innovation has a real impact on systems and infrastructure.
We work on highly complex projects that require strong technical expertise, ownership, and close collaboration across multidisciplinary teams (software, control, automation, operations).
Positions are open both to professionals working as contractors and to candidates interested in on-site employee roles, depending on the profile, experience, and project needs.
We welcome applications from local candidates, available to work on-site, as well as from professionals based worldwide, in line with the applicable contractual model.
We offer a dynamic, results-oriented work environment, where people are actively involved in projects and valued for the contribution they bring
